In a smart move answering the world's increasing love affair with the humble food truck, French car maker Peugeot have created its own take on the 'meals on wheels' automobile, with its eponymous Design Lab.

The new vehicle is called 'Le Bistro du Lion' and features a custom-made van, with an attached trailer. When the vehicle is parked, the trailer and the van open up to create a surprising and brilliant pop-up restaurant – featuring a mobile kitchen and tables that can cater for up to 30 people. 'Le Bistro du Lion' even comes complete with a DJ booth.
