efore bidding adieu to a decade of Fashion Forward Dubai, Buro 24/7 Middle East showcases three Spring/Summer '18 collections from emerging and established talents in the region, including an international debut of the Nike Pro Hijab! Here's looking at Mashael Al Rajhi, Mohanad Kojak and Amato...

Mashael Al Rajhi

Saudi-Arabian designer, Mashael Al Rajhi, released a collection that certainly speaks to the Middle East. The monochrome collection, which sees a hint of red and blue, showcases a modern twist on modest wear sportswear. Speaking about the inspiration behind her collection, Mashael said: "The Nike Pro Hijab is the perfect extension for my collection, as it symbolises femininity and independence — values that I believe are more essential than ever for women today. You'll see that I chose to style the collection with my personal favourite, the iconic streetwear classic, The Nike Air Force 1. Its white, it's bold and it's timeless."

Mohanad Kojak

Blush tones and ravishing reds took over Mohanad Kojak's seasonal collection show. The haute designs saw daring silhouettes and exaggerated shoulder pads, complete with bows, studded belts, shiny metallics and intricate embellishments that were all inspired by angels.

Amato

Known for continuously delivering a stand-out show for the closing of Fashion Forward Dubai each season, Furne One's Amato label presented a dramatic yet dazzling Spring/Summer '18 couture-like collection this season. An aquatic theme echoed throughout as models shined on the runway — think an ancient ruin underwater —  in beautiful floor-length gowns, embellished capes and ruffle detailing, complete with seashell clutches and achingly cool headpieces.
