Topshop is at the top of its game when it comes to bringing the runway to the Highstreet. In a new fusion of fashion and technology, the brand is commandeering six digital billboards in several major cities accross the UK, in order to broadcast live trend tweets from London Fashion Week (LFW), and give its customers a front row experience.  

The idea has stemmed from a partnership with Twitter, that allows Topshop to harness the powerful combination of social media and fashion, and reach its customers live during LFW, for exclusive shopping opportunities that will also be shared via tweets. 

London, Manchester and Birmingham are some of the cities that will see Topshop billboards broadcast live trend reports from the fashion front line from February 20 – February  24. With the use of Twitter hashtags; styles, news and images will be beamed directly from the centre of the action of London Fashion Week. 

Topshop's own Twitter feed, website and billboard within its Oxford Circus flagship store will also stream the trend feed. For a chance to receive a shopping list of current season pieces customers can Tweet the trend hashtags back to @Topshop.
