American label Tommy Hilfiger has won a major award at the recent 2017 World Retail Congress Awards ceremony in Dubai. Claiming the title of "Best In-Store Customer Experience Initiative", the award highlighted the brand's efforts to elevate consumer experiences through its #Tommynow campaign where inclusion and engagement remained top priorities. Highlights of the campaign included a fairground themed runway show featuring Gigi Hadid as well as an immediate see-now, buy-now concept made possible through live streaming.
