Yesterday evening, Dame Vivienne Westwood scooped up the biggest award of the night as she was inducted into the Scottish Hall of Fame at the celebrity-filled award ceremony

The fashion designer and icon, 73, who has influenced clothing design since the mid-70s, was honoured on Monday for making an immense contribution to Scottish fashion and industry.

Following in the footsteps of previous Scottish honourees such as supermodel Stella Tennant and photographer Rankin, the awards' founder, Tessa Hartmann, said that Vivienne Westwood had shown an "undeterred loyalty and unparalleled love and passion for Scottish textiles and fabrics."
