French luxury label Saint Laurent has unveiled a new training program in collaboration with two of the finest fashion schools in Paris: Institut Français de la Mode (IFM) and the École de la Chambre Syndicale de la Couture Parisienne (ECSCP). The six-month program, part of a new three-step strategy by Saint Laurent's parent company Kering which targets innovation, environmental and social aspects, will see selected emerging talents work in the maison's offices as well as partake in a 25-day course held within the institutions.

"Preserving our heritage while evolving and being very relevant in our epoch is a pillar of our strategy, and investing in talents is an imperative condition to build on our success even further," said Francesca Bellettini, President and Chief Executive Officer of Saint Laurent. "I am very proud of this partnership with such renowned and prestigious institutions as the IFM and ECSCP, which will greatly contribute to the implementation of our (sustainability) strategy."

Registration is now open through IFM and ECSCP. As well, discover the highly anticipated Musée Yves Saint Laurent Marrakech with Museum Director Björn Dahlström.
