Maison Margiela's sales are already increasing under new creative director, John Galliano's leadership. The once-disgraced designer is enjoying an impressive comeback under Margiela – with parent company Only The Brave (OTB) revealing that the brand's figures are up "at least 20 percent."

With two collections under his belt for Spring/Summer 15 Couture and Autumn/Winter 15 ready-to-wear, the future looks bright for Galliano at Margiela. 

The sales increase is clearly an indication about how Margiela customers feel about Galliano's appointment, rather than his physical pieces as most of them are yet to hit the shop floor. So we can only assume that the figures will rise even more when the first Galliano-designed ready-to-wear collection for Autumn/Winter 15 makes its debut on the boutique rails soon...
