Gucci confirms show location for Cruise '19
Arles’ Roman Necropolis
It's confirmed! The Gucci Cruise '19 show will take place next year at the Alyscamps Roman Necropolis in Arles, France. Certain to add dramatic flair to the show, the location is recognised as one of the world's several UNESCO World Heritage Sites, alongside the five set in the heart of the Middle East.
Marking the first time a major event has been hosted on the grounds of the Alyscamps, Gucci will present a co-ed show that will feature Alessandro Michele's next lot of wish list-worthy creations. Following suit from the Italian brand's Cruise '17 show held in London's Westminster Abbey and Cruise '18 in Florence's Palatina Gallery at Pitti Palace, the French site will serve as a breathtaking backdrop as the collection unfolds in front of the fash pack.
Gucci's Cruise '19 collection show is scheduled to take place on May 30, 2018. In the meantime, browse through Longchamp's first Cruise '18 collection.
