Online fashion boutique Farfetch has just announced that it will curate a special section focusing on modest-wear this season. Partnering with the Islamic Fashion and Design Council (IFDC), the pret-a-cover department addresses the need for a comprehensive and bespoke modest-wear shopping experience and will include pieces sourced from global designers who specialise in the genre.

"At Farfetch, catering to the specific tastes and needs of our customers on a global level is always at the heart of what we do," said Candice Fragis, Buying and Merchandising Director at Farfetch. The move towards an Arabian-centric e-commerce department is supported by Alia Khan, Chairwoman of IFDC, who says that the council is: "the only retail program that helps stores create a section dedicated to customers looking for modest wear," before continuing that, "pret-a-cover teaming up with Farfetch is every modest consumer's fashion dream!"

Pret-a-cover is set for launch in December on farfetch.com. Meanwhile, step inside the star-studded Buro 24/7 BFFI event, which was hosted in collaboration with Farfetch during Paris Fashion Week.
