The Metropolitan Museum of Art has released a teaser of what to expect during their upcoming exhibition Manus x Machina: Fashion in an Age of Technology. Traditionally launched with the exclusive MET Gala, this year's exhibition will focus on the battle between haute couture and machine-based ready-to-wear lines.

From Chanel to Saint Laurent and Dior to Issey Miyake, over 100 pieces will showcase the artistry that both bring to the table: haute couture with its impeccable artisanship and craftsmanship as well as machine-based designs complete with revolutionary techniques including 3-D laser printing.
