Miroslava Duma is selling her stake in Buro 24/7
The site's co-founder made an official statement just moments ago
Co-founded by Miroslava Duma in 2011, Buro 24/7 has, over the past 7 years, transformed into a global digital-media network, spanning 11 markets across four different continents, that connects the worlds of fashion, beauty, and lifestyle to engaged local audiences.
Having secured the continuing growth of the company, Buro 24/7 and its co-founder Miroslava Duma have over the past year, been engaged in a gradual process of separation, as part of Miroslava Duma’s broader plan to focus her energies independently of Buro 24/7 towards other projects, notably the expansion of FTL, Future Tech Lab.
These arrangements have now been completed and with mutual consent, Miroslava Duma is selling her stake, exclusively focusing on the development of Future Tech Lab and other yet unannounced personal projects, and is no longer involved with Buro 24/7 in any official capacity.

I am announcing today that I am to sell my stake and make an official exit from Buro24/7, a digital media brand that I co-founded in 2011, which has now grown to 11 successful international editions and nearly 130 employees globally. Having stepped away from Buro24/7 operational activity over a year ago, this final stage with the sale of my stake was a strategic plan and now feels like a natural step forward. I am confident that I leave the company in the most capable hands of my partners and the global Buro247 team. This exit will allow me to focus on the development of Future Tech Lab, and other yet unannounced personal projects, as well as making more time to spend with my young family. Buro24/7 has been an amazing journey, and I am incredibly proud of what we have achieved together. I wish the Buro24/7 team every success.
We wish Miroslava Duma success in her future projects and thank her for the commitment and energy she brought to Buro 24/7.
