Since 1986 brothers Ennio and Carlo Capasa have been leading the way in Italian luxury and they've stood firmly at the helm of their brand, Costume National. Now, the creative duo has decided to bid farewell to their eponymous brand, annoucing that, "With contrasting feelings, we end the incredible creative process of this unique maison, hoping that the future will bring it more and more successes. We will continue following our passion through new creative initiatives," expresses Carlo Capasa, Chief Executive Officer.

The Italian design house will now be 100 per cent owned by Japanese investment bank Sequedge, which has had part shares in the brand since 2009. Sequedge will continue to run Costume National effective immediately.
