After 13 years of developing her signature label, more recently in the face of challenging market conditions – Anne-Valérie Hash has drawn a line under her eponymous venture and moved into the vibrant position as creative director for Comptoir des Cotonniers. 

The brand’s identity is informed by a very French aesthetic, though it is a Japanese controlled company, owned by the retail giant, Fast Retailing Co. Ltd. Hash’s first collection will be for Autumn/Winter 15  season, and we expect to see this debut revealed in the spring. 

Comptoir des Cotonniers is looking to grow its fashion image and visual identity and the hope is that with Hash at the helm, collaborating with Comptoir’s merchandising, supply chain and marketing departments, this growth and development can flourish. A win–win.
