Milan Men's Fashion Week: Marc Jacobs Spring/Summer 15
Causing a heat wave
This Spring/Summer season, Marc Jacobs was influenced by the life and style of 1960s Palm Beach, evoking the nostalgic atmosphere of American diners and poolside parties.
For the collection, Jacobs — who recently left his post at Louis Vuitton — shone a strong spotlight on tailoring , warm pastel colours and unique prints.
The 25 looks ranged from white and coral tailored suits, to feather and flamingo printed collar shirts. The designer also used the quirky and colourful theme of the Florida town for the accessories, from satin sneakers and sandals worn with socks to a printed tote-bag and flamingo pins, each outfit radiates the essence of summer.
