In the lead up to creative director Jonathan Anderson’s Autumn/Winter 2015 menswear presentation for Loewe this week, the fashion house has debuted its new men's campaign.

Using images from Steven Meisel's personal archives, the campaign is a breath of fresh air – featuring Meisel's 'autoportraits'. The famously shy photographer stars in one of the images himself, alongside a visual of model Marc André Turgeon and still life shots of the Spanish brand's latest leather accessories for the AW15 season.

The new campaign serves as a nod to Anderson's ecletic design approach, and his love for slicing the old with the new – or as Loewe officially put it: “connecting past and present to create a template for the future.”

Loewe added that Meisel was “instrumental in shaping contemporary fashion as we know it.”
