The world's first and only 'high-flying fashion cat,' Choupette Lagerfeld, had a very successful year in 2014, as her 'daddy Karl' has revealed in a recent interview in New York where the designer and his feline side-kick were in town to present last night's Paris-Salzburg show. 

Gushing about his fluffy companion, who as we know travels by private jet alongside Lagerfeld and dines on the finest Goyard and Louis Vuitton crockery, it was revealed that the cat is a millionaire in her own right, pulling in an impressive €3 million in 2014, thanks to two successful campaigns. 

"She did two jobs and made 3 million euros last year. One was for cars in Germany and the other was for a Japanese beauty product." revealed the designer. "I don't allow her to do foodstuffs and things like this. She's too sophisticated for that," he added. 

And what is the secret behind this feline's earning power? "She is kind of Greta Garbo. There is something unforgettable about her, the way she moves, the way she plays.
