Analytical company NetBase has just released their third annual Brand Passion Report, which highlights the top 100 global brands. So who made the cut? In 2017 the top ten trending brands worldwide were Facebook, eBay, Apple, Snap, Disney, Pokemon Go, Etsy, Netflix and Sony. 

More interestingly however, was the highest growth rate category with Gucci securing an increase of 230 per cent, while Sephora is credited with a rise of 147 per cent. Also, this year saw a selection of newcomers to the list, think Uber, Puma, HBO and Converse. Other brands who came in the top 100 included Louis Vuitton, Dior, Nike and Adidas.
