American fashion label Coach closed its 75th year anniversary celebrations with a runway show at New York City's Pier 94 over the weekend. Showcasing both the women's and men's pre-fall '17 collection in a single show, the event is the final note on the maison's 2016 calendar which saw it open more boutiques – New York City's Fifth Avenue and Regent Street in London – as well as acquire a new address for its headquarters.

The dual-gender runway show reflected the New York ideals and characters as seen through the eyes of Creative Director Stuart Vevers as he presented a collection, which features retro elements, leather and florals. "New York City, the spiritual home of Coach, is a cultural melting pot that embraces individuality and celebrates togetherness," said Vevers. "It welcomes outsiders, like me, in a way that's honest and un-contrived. Those values are more important today than ever as well as being relevant to our goal of making Coach the authentic, modern luxury alternative."

The event also saw a star-studded guest list that included Riley Keough, Emma Roberts, Michael B Jordan, Hopper Penn, Laura Harrier, Hari Nef, Olivia Culpo and Mark Ronson, who performed a musical set.
