Kensington Palace has just revealed where the Duke and Duchess of Sussex will travel to next...

Today marks one month since the Duke and Duchess of Sussex tied the knot in front of 600 guests (and millions of viewers around the world) and they've been fairly busy ever since. The pair appeared at Prince Charles' 70th birthday party at Buckingham Palace just a few days later before taking a secret honeymoon and returning to attend the Trooping the Colour parade. Meghan then went on to have her first solo engagement with the Queen last week.

Now, Kensington Palace has announced that the newlyweds will travel to Dublin, Ireland, next month for two days (July 10 and 11 to be exact) at the "request of Her Majesty's government." Writing about the trip, the Palace, said the pair "are looking forward to learning more about Ireland's history and experiencing its rich culture, as well as meeting the people who are shaping the country's future."

This will mark the second time the pair has visited Ireland, having made a brief stop in Northern Ireland last year ahead of their wedding

The pair is also expected to make an appearance at Royal Ascot this afternoon — watch this space.

In the meantime, find out which countries have the honour of hosting the Duke and Duchess of Sussex on their first international royal tour later this year.
