On January 27 the President of the United States, Donald Trump signed a decree banning citizens of seven Muslim countries — Syria, Yemen, Iraq, Iran, Sudan, Libya and Somalia — from entering the US for 90 days. Titled, Protecting the Nation from Foreign Terrorist Entry into the United States, the decree cites countries which were originally identified by the Obama administration. The practice has led to outcry worldwide.
