Dubai-based musician Layla Kardan, has just released the music video for her second single, aptly titled Keep Running, and it puts the UAE's Ras Al Khaimah desert dunes on the map. "I have fond and beautiful memories escaping from Dubai for the weekend with family in my youth where I always felt a sense of serenity and clarity in the rugged and rustic terrain of Ras Al Khaimah," said the Australian-Iranian — who also starred in Louis Vuitton's olfactory anniversary campaign. "I love the bustle of Dubai, yet I feel at one in the desert and amongst the majestic mountains of Ras Al Khaimah".

Kardan, who worked alongside Swedish rapper and songwriter ADL on the new single, continues to embrace the Middle East as her wardrobe saw an injection of regional designs from Madiyah Al Sharqi to Lama Jouni
