After weeks of teasing with trailers, Katy Perry has finally dropped her new music video for "Rise", the official Olympics anthem chosen by US broadcaster NBC. This is the first song that Perry has released since 2013 and the video, directed by Paul Gore, sees her struggling with an open parachute as she circumvents to use it to her advantage. Perry took to social media to announce the new release posting with the caption: "Through the blood, sweat (lots of it), and tears, we keep rising. Finally, my new video for #Rise."
