Sienna Miller returns to Broadway in the leading role of Sally Bowles, after taking the reins from Emma Stone in the Roundabout Theatre Company's revival of Cabaret, at Studio 54. But this isn't just a revival of the 1966 stage hit, it is a revival for Miller too.

Having made her mark on the West End Stage in the Shakespearean comedy As You Like It back in 2005, she has also graced the Broadway stage before, in the 2009 Roundabout production of After Miss Julie. But this all-singing, all-dancing Cabaret production is a new turn for the actress who has returned with gusto (and some) after taking time away from the stage and screen to become a mother.

In fact, Miller suspects that motherhood is the key to her new found gravitas, claiming that directors take her more seriously now. That is certainly true of veteran Hollywood director Clint Eastwood who cast Miller in the unrecognisable role as a tough talking Texan wife to Bradley Cooper's (Oscar nominated) Chris Kyle in American Sniper, for which she has received high critical praise.

Miller will see the Cabaret run through to its last performace on March 29 alongside co-stars, the incredible Alan Cumming as the Emcee and Linda Emond as Fraulein Schneider. Welcome to the Cabaret old chum...
