Johnny Depp and fiancé Amber Heard joined Paul Bettany on the red carpet, in London last night, to attend the world premiere of their new comedy – Mortdecai. Depp and Heard batted away rumours of disharmony in their relationship, appearing to be as in love as ever, wearing complimentary his-and-hers tailored suits, and Depp sporting the all important Mortdecai moustache, walked the red carpet hand-in-hand. Meanwhile, Bettany walked the red carpet solo, without actress wife, Jennifer Connelly, on his arm.

There were two noticeable absences, the film's leading lady, Gwyneth Paltrow, and fellow film headliner, Ewan McGregor were no shows. Paltrow had been spotted on the beach in Mexico, enjoying some winter sun, days before the premiere.

A host of other stars joined the cast, including British producer Mark Ronson, who collaborated with Miles Kane for the film's original soundtrack. Ronson has been enjoying  a new wave of success with his hit single, which features Bruno Mars, Uptown Funk, from his new album, that dropped at the start of the year.
