Snowbird, a term that was used to describe people that moved from colder parts of America to warmer ones in the winter, is the concept behind Kenzo's Spring/Summer '16 campaign. It's also the idea behind the award-winning short film of the same name, which Kenzo created in collaboration with Director, Sean Baker. The film, which was shot in the Sonoran Desert of America, won Best Major Brand at the recent Berlin Fashion Film Festival.

Starring model and actress Abbey Lee Kershaw, Snowbird follows the young woman trekking Slab City, a snowbird campsite near San Diego, California. Along her journey dressed head-to-toe in Spring/Summer '16 Kenzo, Abbey Lee shares her homemade cake with campers until reaching her final destination. Sean Baker, an American Feature Film and TV Director wrote and creatively directed this one-of-a-kind movie, beautifully shot entirely from an iPhone.
