Leonardo DiCaprio has just been announced as the lead in a new movie about the life of Italian Renaissance artist, Leonardo da Vinci. Paramount has acquired the rights to the film, which is based on the best-selling novel of the same name by Walter Isaacson, and it's set to start filming in the coming months.
