Whilst the five members of the group headline the event, Melanie Chisholm (a.k.a Sporty Spice) is second in line and you can expect her to sing along to a string of solo hits from her post-Spice Girls era including I Turn to You and Never Be the Same Again.

A new culinary experience at Ossiano

Just when we thought Ossiano in Atlantis, The Palm, couldn’t get any better, they’ve given us another reason to fall in love with the floor-to-ceiling aquarium view restaurant.

Chef de Cuisine Grégoire Berger and two-time Michelin-starred chef Ronan Kervarrec have come together and joined forces to create a new gastronomy experience.

Certain to delight your palates, the culinary experience will feature a nine-course menu that brings together the flavours of the chef’s hometown of Brittany, France.

Upon arrival, guests can expect to be greeted with Ossiano canapés before tasting the delights of oysters with kiwi tartare, dulse meringue, chervil sorbet and sea foam. The Chefs will serve Brittany king crab with puys lentils, crab jus perfumed with curry and coral, light coconut cream, followed by hake on sea lettuce with clams and asparagus.

The culinary experience will take place on April 11-12, 2018, at Ossiano, Atlantis The Palm and is priced at Dhs995 per person. For reservations please email restaurantreservations@atlantisthepalm.com or call +971 04 426 0770.
