Wellness experts Como Shambala have released a cookbook titled The Pleasures of Eating Well. In keeping with the organisation's focus on holistic living and healthy eating, Como Shambala's Executive Chef Christina Ong, details the recipes of some of the best cuisine available at its retreats around the world. A total of 147 recipes, think the freshwater crayfish and pomelo salad from Thailand to the fragrant pumpkin and tempeh curry from Indonesia, are included. Other highlights include dishes that are created around seasonal local products such as the Himalayan matsutake mushrooms, which are added to the popular yak carpaccio at the Como Shambala hotels in Bhutan.
